DR. CHRISTIAN BEUCK

Christian Beuck's practice focuses on commercial and corporate law as well as contract law and contract design. In particular, he helps small and medium-sized companies and their shareholders to found companies, and he provides counsel in shareholder disputes and in the acquisition or sale of company shares and holdings. In addition, Mr. Beuck advises companies in legal matters of operational business and in all questions of corporate law. Christian Beuck gives guidance in M&A transactions, ranging from performing due diligence for purchase agreements to the post-contractual settlement of transactions. He also advises managing directors as well as executive and supervisory boards on liability issues. Another focus of his practice is the drafting of contracts and conducting contract reviews, especially in the areas of corporate and commercial law.
